How to Use
1. Position Yourself: Place the knee mat on the floor and kneel on it. Hold the ab roller handles with both hands.
2. Starting Position: Keep your arms extended and engage your core while maintaining a straight back.
3. Roll Forward: Slowly roll the wheel forward while keeping your abs tight, extending your body as far as comfortable.
4. Control the Movement: Avoid arching your back and maintain a controlled motion to prevent strain.
5. Roll Back: Use your core strength to pull the wheel back to the starting position.
6. Repeat: Perform 10–15 reps per set, gradually increasing as you build strength.
